Description:

fully Automatic Transfer Line, Model XDB-2480

for the production of “Bonnell“ type innerspring units. Machine

in King–Size version for a working width of up to 2000 mm.



The machine is consisting of:

1 x Model XDB-90 Fully automatic Coiling machine including electronically monitored heat-treatment device.

1 x Model XDB-850 Electrical wire reel for coils up to approx. 1500 kg.

1 x Model XDB-750 Safety- and noise absorbing cabin incl. smoke extracting device.

1 x Model XDB-80 Automatic Assembly machine with a total of 17 jaws incl. three (3) left-hand bending devices, typ VSL.

1 x Model XDB-2480Atomatic Transfer Conveyor, to insert the pre-produced springs fully autmatically into the Assembler, XDB-80.
